👤 Meet Your Instructor: Jason Lower
Hi, I’m Jason Lower — and I’m here to help you build real, functional self-defense skills you can count on. I’m a 6th-degree black belt in Taekwondo with over 24 years of experience in martial arts and personal protection. I’ve trained in multiple styles, including Krav Maga, Kalah, Judo, Jiu-Jitsu, and Arnis. I hold Level 3 certifications in Warrior Krav Maga and Kalah, both of which have shaped how I teach modern, effective self-defense for the real world. As the owner and head instructor of Elevate Martial Arts & Fitness in Sugar Hill, Georgia, I’ve helped hundreds of students — kids, teens, and adults — gain confidence, awareness, and practical skills through structured training rooted in real-life scenarios. This course was built as a follow-up to our live self-defense seminar and is designed to help you continue developing your skills safely and independently at home. You don’t need a partner, special equipment, or a perfect background — just commitment and a willingness to train smart. Let’s get started!
