Meet Your Instructor - Jason Lower

As both a dedicated instructor and a parent advocate, I’ve spent over 24 years immersed in the study of child development, personal growth, and physical education. I am the founder of Elevate Martial Arts & Fitness, where I’ve had the privilege of guiding hundreds of children and families toward confidence, focus, and resilience — both on and off the mat. Holding a 6th-degree black belt in Taekwondo, a brown belt in Judo, and advanced certifications in Warrior Krav Maga and Kalah, my passion goes far beyond martial arts. It’s about helping children thrive in every stage of their development. Through years of hands-on experience, I’ve built a unique understanding of how children grow physically, emotionally, socially, and intellectually — and how parents can play an active, empowering role in that journey. This course is designed to give you the tools, insights, and strategies I’ve used to help children unlock their potential. My goal is simple: to help you better understand your child’s needs, strengthen your relationship, and create a home environment where they can grow with confidence.
